Pending send for the last 30 minutes.

Sent at 10 last night and still not sent this morning, might as well have sent BTC

I'm having the same issue, trying to send ETH to Binance. Gets stuck on Processing, this morning I had the option to cancel the transaction, so I did. Trying again now.

QR code scan also doesn't seem to work.

Have the same issue sent eth last night at 22:10 still pending ... now logged a ticket at 6am geuss we can only wait.

Have any of your ETH transactions gone through yet? Mine is also still stuck on processing. I've sent a few BTC transactions in the last week. All cleared within 15 minutes. This is ridiculous.

Yeah, want to buy XLM, but before it reaches $1 :o

How long did it take to be processed?

Good choice! I loaded up on XLM too yesterday. But now lost 10% potential gains on my other trade thanks to this ETH delay from Luno.

It was not processed this morning, and I sent it 18h30 last night. The only thing that changed was the option to cancel the transaction, which I did. I send again this morning, still stuck on Processing

Seems sending Eth is always an issue in Luno, tried to send some in December and that took more than 36 hours. Tried to send some now more than 2 hours ago and only says processing...

I didnt have any issues transferring ETH to Binance, took about 15mins. Bought me a whole bunch of Stellar.

Though I must say, something doesnt add up when I calculate my costs. Luno only charged me a transaction fee of R18. I bought 0.5 for 7k and moved that across to Binance. With the 0.5 Eth I bought, 232 Stellar and 1 Ltc. That combined estimated value is 0.03BTC = R5 342, so where did the other 1.5k go? the Binance fees are only 1% and the markets didnt fluctuate that much for me to lose 1.5k at time of purchase. Any ideas?

There is a confirmed issue, FML wish I had checked before using them today: https://luno.statuspage.io/

Ethereum network congestion is only part of the problem and Luno should be prepared for that. The main cause of the delay is that Luno is using too low fees (gwei) to get the transactions on the blockchain, so they can get a nice markup. If your fee is too cheap the network won't bother to process it. Luno should adjust it when ETH is having super high volume days, but their dynamic fee system is broken.

Other exchanges are experiencing delays as well, but nowhere near to this bad.

We pay a premium on Coins here: Example BTC US price = R183785, Luno = R200000
Not a big deal, as you bring that cash back in ETH, then you will cash out at the premium SA price again

But this was outside of Luno, this was on the Binance platform.

No I think Luno is talking KACK.

I just had the option to cancel the transaction, and when I tried to, it said Invalid Transition State or something like that, now it's pending again.

I managed to cancel my transaction. I just dont want to attempt sending Eth again and i fall into the same trap of waiting nearly 24hrs to send and nothing taking place.

It's funny...I posted that query yesterday regarding ethereum. While I was waiting I sent eth from another private wallet A to private wallet B. Then sent that eth to Binance. All in under 5 minutes with regular gas fees.

Ended up taking around 4 hours for the luno transaction to clear.

Sent some Ethereum from Luno across to Binance this morning.

Problem 1: The transaction showed pending for about 5 hours. It now shows complete on the Luno homescreen, but if you go into the transactions page it still shows as pending/sending?
Problem 2: Nothing shows up at all on etherscan or Binance

How long will this take to resolve itself?
