Hello
Its been 2 weeks and I still have not had my details verified. My husband only send in his ID on Tuesday and his details were verified yesterday.
Am I doing something wrong?
Ah pity. I dont want to expose my "current" account to one with the API enabled.
Will Luno ever expand into other currencies, NMC, Ripple, Litecoin?
I think it would be useful if we could set up two sell orders for the same BTC on Luno.
Say I bought at R250k and the price is currently R255k. I would like to set up a sell order for R260k and a sell order for R251k. So if the price drops while I'm asleep I can still get out for more than I bought. If it increases to R260k then I also get out.
Not sure how this would affect the depth chart though and whether this is functionality that is offered on other exchanges.

We've very recently enabled Ethereum.
Support doesn't reply tog tickets so I'll try here.
I have multiple BTC addresses in luno. Is there a way when buying BTC to chose which wallet the coin lands in? If not, can it be moved for free from one to the other?
When is bitcoin cash being added?
@lunomoney, still waiting for assistance with ticket #275897.
Going on almost 2 weeks now. That's like a life time in the crypto world![]()

Instant buy option doesn't change 1%, I think its closer to 2.5-3% which is exactly why the feature is absolutely pointless. The buy lose out all the time on this. The only upside to it is the ease of use compared to opening the exchange and adding your buy order yourself but at the extra cost I think it is daylight robbery.
The higher fee would have been justified if you bought and they locked you in on the rate but that is not the case because if you buy and there is a suddenly massive spike they will adjust the order that very second and you would get charged the higher price on buy or lower price on a sell.
