- Your identity document
- A handwritten note reading “For Luno 2FA reset only”, as well as the *current date*

What is 2FA? I did send the photo. Friday already
That's fairly common practice.
You can avoid having to ask support to manually disable 2FA by saving your recovery keys.
My 2 factor verification is fully functional, but my account was blocked by Luno. It has nothing to do with 2 factor verification. You people are just taking us for a joy ride.Why would you send a foto to reset your 2FA (2 factor authentication) when you do not even know what it is, so clearly do not have it ?

If you had said 2 factor Authentication, I would have understood you, not 2FA. Fact is, you taking your clients for a ride
If you not from Luno, then stay out of it, please
Phone bugged out and had to format and could not save those keys :/
Strange, I use 2FA on almost all my accounts and never been requested anything like this before
Save your 2FA keys this time though, it'll save you the hassle.
Was saved securely on my phone, and was not able to save the keys elsewhere before the format. But I will save it numerous places this time indeed
