According to some online forums this is due to inadequate grounding. How do I fix it?

Dell laptops use USB-C.
I use the Dell Dock USB-C connector with both MBPs (intel and M2) without any issues.
Ja, I have that one - plugged into a multiplug extension - no vibration

I don't think it's static (tried the tricks), tried the new Apple charger and my Dell USB C dock and it's the same with both. My previous laptop (also metal XPS...mybroadband.co.za
