macbook vibrating while charging

My MacBook vibrates while charging. Is this normal?
According to some online forums this is due to inadequate grounding. How do I fix it?
I've never noticed that
What other laptop uses USB-C for charging? As he said he got another laptop charger...
Dell laptops use USB-C.

I use the Dell Dock USB-C connector with both MBPs (intel and M2) without any issues.

I was clearly referring to a/the cable that you plug into the wall. That's the bit that needs to be earthed... I'm no engineer but two prong plugs usually aren't.

Ja, I have that one - plugged into a multiplug extension - no vibration
Take your shoes off then give it a go.

It's an Ellies surge protector multi plug that I'm connected to. And it is connected directly to the wall.

Just shows that you learn all the time - I just realised that both my daughters macbook airs came with 3 point plug adapters.

You have a device that vibrates when you plug it in.

You know what to do next.

I tested all my plug points and with different adapters. The vibrating remains with the 2 pin plug.
No issues with a 3 pin plug.
