macbook vibrating while charging

I rarely hear people speak about this. But I have experienced it on pretty much every MBP I have had.

If you have shoes on, it shouldn't be an issue.

I'm not gonna lie. I've seen this.

Feet flat on the tiles, and it vibrates when you touch it. Feet in the air or with shoes on. Nothing.

Apple charging R499 for that earthed extension cable, fk.

Luckily my old MBP came with it second hand, that duckhead plug is trash.

Never did it vibrate but then again never have i used the duckhead.

Many of the stores are out of stock of it.
Guess some people are aware of the vibrating problem and buying the 3pin.
This is ridiculous from Apple. I'm going to report it and hopefully Apple products will be removed from stores.

You make the mistake thinking they bothered with stock in the first place.

Nobody cares.

Remember to mention that you’re an engineer when you report it. They’ll take it very seriously then.

No, I'm an engineer. I know about power sources. So I got another 3 pin charger from another laptop with identical power output. Vibrating stopped. Please don't try it yourself if you don't know what you are doing.
Which government department do you work for?

The only type of engineer who would ask the questions you ask and say the things you say is a social engineer

The back of my screen vibrates when I rub it while charging
My wife, too.

Oh. OOOOOOOOH. Sorry, misunderstood.

I bought the extension cable. It stops the vibrating.

I've owned over 20 laptops and this is the first time I've had vibrating laptops. Both my Pro and and Air. This is clearly an Apple design flaw.

iStore staff said the cable is discontinued and there's very little stock left.

You’ve never owned a laptop with an all metal design.

It would only be a flaw if they considered it a problem, which it is not.

They’ve done this on unearthed plugs for the last 20+ years since first going for the metal body.

You’re a complete moron.
