There was a place in Adephi Center on main Road Sea point that used to sell them.

Also there is another second hand shop further down Main Road that has a few now and then.

I Think there is also a shop in Athlone that has some.

In JHB I don't know any

BTW this is for Esquire, British FHM, UK GQ etc
