I regularly buy electronic components and usually use Mantech Jhb.
Their service has been impeccable over the the last +20 years but since they moved to the new premises in Germistion, the wheels seem to be coming off.
Almost every order I place has problems.
This weeks order was probable the worst.... Nylon M3 nuts were in stock but couldn't be found, this caused a two day delay, 56k resistors ordered...560k resistors delivered, and 10k pots ordered, 2.2k pots delivered.
I'll contact them on Monday, and I'm sure they'll ship the correct parts at their expense.
I'm based in Parys so I can't order over their counter.
Are there any other folk on the forum experiencing similar hassles with Mantech or is it me having a bad year ?
