Vodacom started to increase the monthly data allowances of some of its data subscribers, giving them up to 500% extra data at the same price

O rly? Then why not get this offer expanded to your talk contract customers too, after all in general we do pay a lot more than the data contract subscribers.

Same here. I agree it should be across the board not just for a specific package, it's utter nonsense once again. Epic fail!

I am now waiting for MTN to respond. Pity they are the only network that has great signal in my place. Otherwise, I would have jumped ship.

Those yapping about Afrihost's "great offer" - I don't agree. Its too much of a niche to be the one that motivated this migration/better offer. If I have a R149/mth 2GB data bundle, why would I move to Afrihost, which requires my +/-R149/mth before data. ADSL PRICING SUX!

It is Cell C and Telkom we should be thanking. And Vodacom for not burying their heads in the sand.

MTN, the ball is in your court or keep bleeding subscribers, like me (as soon as one of the other operators up their signal game for my pad). Need to check it. Haven't done so in a while.

I said I don't care about this offer from Vodacom because I got the pre order from Afrihost. Never said Afrihost is the reason for Vodacom to start this offer.
