Log a ticket if you're struggling with anything and we'll be happy to take a look. We're running on a mixture of Equiano, Eassy and Safe at the moment.

Ie Amazon's main servers for SA is in Ireland. And since a lot of businesses uses AWS for cloud hosting locally it goes off.

But what about Oracle and aren't South African regions supposed to be local?

I think it could be Cloudflare but even they are supposed to have local servers.

Not everything. Business Online had a warning about slow service. Couldn't access yesterday afternoon. Not sure if its maybe Oracle related, but they have worked with Azure too, if they still use it, not sure
 
Still not really out of the woods, still some functionality isn't 100%

But apparently the boat the Houthi rebels/twats shot dragged it’s anchor and ripped the undersea cables or is that not the cables that we are referring to.

Speedtest is misleading. Internet seems to work fine for a couple hours then it goes bad for like 10-20 mins where everything loads slowly or doesn't load at all. It's random so depending on when you use the internet you might not notice a problem at all.
 
I was surprised that I could stream on iPlayer last night on RAIN without issue. Maybe we need a few more cable breaks for them to work optimally.

Speedtest will generally geo-locate a server within SA. How many people actually know to force a server outside of the country could be debatable...
