Didn't I just answer that? The contract is done via the phone with software installed on the phone. I assume you put in your banking details at that point and only then are you bound into a contract.

If wantitall can get around it so can you. They're using the same hacks everyone else is.

Just remember, irrespective of how you get the phone there will be no support available should anything go wrong.
