I need help to install MDMA software on WIN 7 for my K3772- Z modem pls. When i run the MDMA exe file and dashboard opens it says : Unable to open com port, mobile data device possibly in use by another application "

Unload Vodafone software (or any other software accessing modem) from the memory, including System Tray before starting mdma.

Tx- Is un-installing software via control panel(uninstall programs ) all that is needed?

Not neccessary. Select options "to not load at startup" and "unload from System tray on exit". You can uninstall bloatware later, when everything is working.
