Some help please....

I have set RouteSentry up to connect to two different accounts and it is working great. But now I can't access my router. When I try to access 10.0.0.2 it loads and loads and then I get the msg "The following error occurred:

 A gateway timeout occurred. The server is unreachable. Retry the request. "

I have cleared my cache, tried IE, still no dice. Any ideas???

I had a similar problem - before I could access my router I had to disable my anti-virus software.This worked for me.

What is the output of ipconfig /all?

Ummm... Isn't the Default Gateway's address (41.244.3.0) supposed to be your router's address? Why is it the same as the PC's address?

The problem is here I think

Autoconfiguration IP Address. . . : 169.254.127.127

This should be an IP address like 10.0.0.1. Check that your router is set to DHCP server

Btw Milomak... can't check whether my router is set to DHCP server....... You know why... LOL

hi guys, me again

Hi guys, me again...

I am still struggling to log into my router. I have changed the following. When I installed RASPOE I deselected all other items for the connection, (as I am supposed to do???). Now I have selected them all and whala, the connection to my router does not timeout anymore.
But now it does the same as previously. When I log-in my page shows done but my screen is blank. I have cleared my cache, tried the off-line method and also IE. NADA.
