I logged "a case" with MTN prepaid support, and this morning everything is working again. MegsApp didn't even reply.
what you mean by "cant be trusted"?Deleted my last esim today after using most of my data up. These people can't be trusted and support is useless.

They just delete your esim / number willy nilly.what you mean by "cant be trusted"?
The major networks aren't much better, I bought an MTN 20Gb data bundle on my MTN contract for R199 and the data wouldn't deplete, after one month of wasting a lot of time with their support I gave up and the bundle expired.good. But - support is pretty much brain dead
Agreed. Especially if you are overseas...No wifi calling is a deal breaker.
I was overseas for almost a month and didn't need that.Agreed. Especially if you are overseas...
Wifi calling is available for MTN clients but not for an MVNO running on MTN infrastructure? Is seems that it is just a software setting....Hey! Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, VoLTE and VoWiFi are not currently available to MVNO providers like us.
However, we're in discussions with our partners to explore the possibility of supporting these features in the future.
While I don't have an estimated date or timeframe to share just yet, I'll be sure to keep you updated on any progress.
Appreciate your patience and understanding!
Good for you...I was overseas for almost a month and didn't need that.
