Hi,

I recently topped up on MegsApp and noticed that there was an inconsistency with their TopUp process.

I purchased 25GB of non-expiring data which was labelled "25GB". I then received an SMS saying that I had purchased "2500MB". Checking my balance I noticed that I was then sitting with less than 25GB in my balance.

It seems somewhat inconsistent to advertise 25GB but sell 2500MB then show the balance in GB.

Just wondering who else has had a similar experience as this seems slightly unethical as a business practice.

I'd contact them and see maybe a spelling error on their part. If they don't correct and compensate you then I'd hand their asses over to the proper regulator.
