Microsim for Ipad and getting databundles

I've followed some advice on getting my iPad's 3G working but I've hit a snag.
Purchased normal Vodacom prepaid SIM.
Took it to Vodashop. The shop assistant registered the SIM for me and Rica'ed it at the same time.
Then she did a sim swop to a Micro SIM which I fetched from she shop once all was sorted.
Except - as far as I understand I need to purchase data bundles from the Vodacom website but I cannot register since I cannot retrieve my One Time password off the iPad.

What now?

Put the SIM card in a cell phone, many cell phones hold down your SIM card and a micro sim works just fine in them. Otherwise you may need to get an a adapter.
