Mind the speed ISP

Mind the Speed just went down for me.

Tried contacting them via the following numbers:

086 999 0161
010 007 1288


Both time got the message the number does not exist.

I was in a Teams Call where I was presenting, when it went down.
Probably the only problem i have had with them is that they are not contactable when the fibre is down.

In JHB, also affected here for the last hour or so.
 
I contacted them via email and they confirmed the problem in CT (Vumatel). It's connected but slow at the moment.

With regards to the General Fault that occurred earlier , It seems we have been able to restored the connectivity back to normal.


We have resolved the issue and connections should be coming back online.

Mine is always up, even when they say there may be problems in my area. Guess it depends on the FNO. I am with Vuma.
Very happy with MTS
 
And Mind the Speed is down again.
Im having this problem consistently with them for the past 3 months, gatvol of them now, everytime they blame vuma, but my entire complex is on vuma and everyone elses internet is fine.... MTS just wont take responsibility so im moving to cool ideas next month... its a pity because i referred alot of people to them

Been using MTS for some time and one of the best ISPs I’ve used and only issues I’ve had were related to the FNO.
 
I have to say that I've been very happy with MTS. Just look at this download speed when I'm only on the 100Mbps:

I wonder if I can give away my CI router since they haven't collected it in almost two years. Then again I'm not sure anyone would want it lol.

We aren't collecting routers it is yours to do with as you like.
