Missing Telkom Data

Good Day. 9 months ago I took out a contract with a router. The data I am supposed to get is 10GB + 10GB daytime and 20 GB night surfer data. Yesterday I did check my balance and see I did get Inclusive Data 10GB exp 01/06/2019 And Inclusive data Exp 01/05/2019. I also Recurring Data exp 01/05/2019 and 10GB recuring exp 01/06/2019.

My problem is that according to Telkom I did use 10GB inclusive data (exp 01/05/2019). It say I have 0mb left.
The second problem is that I did not get my Night Surfer data.

Can someone please explain to me where my data is?

Dial *188# and see if it shows, The app is currently messed up and not showing any data besides all networks.
