All about the caffeine first of all. Its very high compared to what is considered acceptable, but for me that value is different per person like me I workout heavy and my caffeine tolerance is through the roof I also drink 2-3 a day of the green one.

But prolonged use like we are doing is not good for your health at all.

Our development team will never touch any energy drinks again.
One of our staff members wife was a red bull rep and during a particularly stressful/long hours rollout she dropped off 3 cases of the stuff.
For the first day it was great we thought it was the trick to keep everyone going.
Then peeps started feeling sick and getting random heart palpitations etc.
There is nothing good about those "energy" drinks. And please dont be a fool and try one before an actual sporting event.

You mean you drank a ton of the stuff and felt crap? Who would have thought.

PS. Give alcohol a skip too.

There is nothing wrong with it. I use the zero sugar one. It has all the other goodies in there to give you a mental and physical boost without the sugar. I've read up on the ingredients and they are good for you. People who say it's bad are either just referring to the ones that contain sugar and/or they are ignorant and just keep saying it's bad because everyone else keeps saying it. People are stupid. Don't take what they say to heart.

What about the saccharin or whatever the 100 other artificial sweetners are called? Where is your internet dictionary nowa?

In my local fresh stop, it's 2 for R35 if I remember, but I'll never drink that stuff.

Our Spar has them now for R 13.99 each. Not bundled, no idea how long it will last but my budget of R 30 a day for Monster now allows me 2 per day

Hypertension sufferer's should just throw caution to the wind. Personally my vision seems to improve after I had a can of the best. Well basically all my senses for that matter.

I personally know people who have been admitted to hospital after having large amounts of Red Bulls.

I'd honestly warn people against drinking too many of these energy drinks, 1 Monster does it for me... Red Bull doesn't, Play doesn't.

Just FYI.
