OMG SFW007 are you totaly insane? DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND WHATS GOING ON!?
I pay money for a service from iBurst - the service I pay for is a FAST (1mb/s) connection with LOW latency and a GOOD customer service.
Do I get any of this? ------ **** NO!
That is why we complain about iBurst because 3/4 of the damn time its down the rest of the time we CANT check our cap, its opperating at 10kb/s and when we try contact iBurst we get an iddiot on the phone who seems to have failed matrick 3 times....
And oh sure its great talking to the CEO - right? - WRONG!?
Allthe CEO is doing is damage controll If he was helping then we'd see changes happening now with this volume of complaints but all we ever get is "Give us more time", "we have plans"
BAHA! Your plans are crap they only make the service worse every damn time!
I dont give a crap about the capped throttled speed if the damn serive in general cant even operate at a comfortable rate.
