My 4meg line acted up about 6 months ago, logged many calls and after much patience I eventually got it sorted out. My line's been smooth ever since, despite Telkom refusing to upgrade me to 10meg, but you know what gives me the most satisfaction? No, not being able to download what I've paid to be able to download .. but not having had to insult everyone else for a problem that basically existed between myself and the company I pay for a service.

I think most i did was about 400GB openweb afterhours uncapped. I typically only let it run between 00:00 and 07:30 weekends im gaming, or just mucking about on TS, when i don't have a 250ms ping.

My average for this year is 80GB on a 4MB uncapped M-Web account. I can download a truck load more but then i'll be branded as an "internet rapist" despite paying for an uncapped account.

I have tried hard to use the 10gb cap that CellC sold me, wife talks on Skype for 2 hours 3 times a week, look at a lot of YouTube clips and upgraded 3 iPad 2's to IOS5 then 5.01. Today I find I have (according to CellC) only used 5.3Gb of the cap.

Once I used 80GB freezone with webafrica. Titan 3 complete. 7mbps line speed. I really think 100GB in a month is the most I could use, after that there's nothing newly interesting to dl.
