Motorola Defy Data Usage

Hey all, I have looked at quite a few motorola defy threads but none have exactly what I am looking for.

So I am looking to get the Motorola Defy but am unsure how much data is required for instant messaging.

I found a reasonable package with 50MB data a month. If I used wifi at home and only used whats app when out, do you think this data bundle would be sufficient, bearing in mind that I do use IM very frequently.

Depends how many pics/vids of your glock you forward.

just im with text only should be enough as you do all other stuff on wifi. Hope you're not taking mtn/vodacom as you will get (fill in your thoughts here)

Yeah it should be enough.. Provided you pretty much ONLY use that data for IM. If you wanna check emails while not at home or do some surfing I would suggest 100mb upwards.

Yes, I would only be using it for IM and very very seldomly to receive one email or quickly browse.

I'm a bit confused with what you said... you mean mtn/vodacom is crap?
