I never get a call back from my emailswhenever I email they end up calling me to ask about the problem. They seem to prefer phone comms
The Bolt-On is just applicable to the Gig4Gig package, then it will be more expensive than CW or WebAfrica!
Depends on if you plan on using it as your primary account or if you use it to supplement an existing account.
Simply put, your first gb is free so you can purchase a 1gb gig4gig account for R0 and add uncapped bolt-on for R59.00 = R59.00 per month.
So for R59.00 per month you get an after hours uncapped account (6pm-6am weekdays and all weekend, that's 6pm Friday night till 6am Monday morning) with zero shaping/throttling/managing.
This is how it was chugging alone for me earlier today...
Anyway, that will be the last time I punt the product. Do your due diligence and proceed accordingly.

I'm also in the market to switch I need unshaped uncapped low latency ~250-340 GB a month, does CW have something in those figures?
I need a new ISP and am considering Afrihost or Crystalweb. I have an account with Afrihost at one location but it is very slow in the day.
Reading about Afrihost's troubles I am a bit put off. I need between 100 and 200GB a month max ( some months much less ) pure http downloading. No gaming so latency is meaningless. I just want to be able to download both day and night without a fuss. Would Crystalweb's premium business uncapped work for me? Or is it a dog woof-woof in the daytime?
With that type of usage I would recommend a capped product rather, We also give a bunch of free gigs between midnight - 6am.
Yes - that actually looks good. Your 600GB ( really less given the midnight-to-6 bit ) looks about right. Thanks.
