Moving from Cool Ideas, recommend an ISP

After not having been with Cool Ideas for a very long time (2 months in fact) I'm considering moving away from them as I've been having more issues with them in this short amount of time than I had with my 3 years with Telkom. Afrihost is out of the question too as I've had far to my problems with them too

What seems to be the issue? DDoS relative?
 
Following thread as well

Info regarding Twitch streaming, gaming to EU (pings etc) would be appreciated :)

If you've only been with them for the last two months; then unfortunately, it's bad timing. I have been with them since 2017 and only now having issues related to the DDoS attacks.

However will be staying with them.
 
+1 WebSquad. It's a real pity they don't offer above 40Mbps over Openserves network. Afrihost really shaped up in the past few months so I am personally gonna move over to them.

It's just all of the issues in the last 2 months, honestly to have this amount of issues in the span of 2 months is not nice. I'm the biggest fan if you guys but c'mon I cannot run like this anymore

I know it's either that or something isn't adding up, I've been recommending people to go with CISP even before I had fibre in my area and never heard bad things about them. That all changed when I joined them.

Can you let me know what issues, this is why I ask is it only DDoS relative or other issues?

I had issues with Cool Ideas and their local routing (rather the fact they're dragging their feet to fix it). I can comment on my experience with MW, Destiny 2, Apex Legends and its honstly so much better (hit detection is smooth). Twitch,Netflix and Showmax is working flawlessly so their service is currently ticking all my boxes.
 
I moved away from them 2 months ago. No issues since moving away. But I want my current experience with the new ISP as is, so not going to say whom they are or even recommend them. Seems once to many people join a ISP it falls to crap.
