Hi,

We've got an Microsoft Open Value License Agreement for Office.

We took up a few extra licenses when we had a bigger staff base, the base has shrunk slightly - can we reduce our agreement with MS (1 year into a 3 year agreement) or are we stuck with these licenses until the agreement expires?

In other words does that business have to carry the cost for licenses it is no longer using?

unfortunatly this can only occur on a OVS agreement which is Open Value Subscription
