They where here the other day measuring and stuff soooI got a letter from CellC fibre a year ago. And they are just an ISP on somebody else's network. No spade has touched the ground yet.
I know COVID but that is the norm. Wait till you see people working/digging and keep your ear on the ground. Ask around if anybody is live yet. Fibre in the ground still means very little. They must then start with residential terminations/last mile and go live/light up the fibre.
