MTN 3G Prices - Rep?

If a company with so many employees can't even hire one fellow to represent them on the biggest Broadband forum in South Africa, thats a disgrace - that means they are in fact not a big company, but a small fry.

The Cell C and Voda red reps sit in an office and are able to respond. ive been promoted to a position where i travel 10- 14 thousand kms a months to assist in areas where there is no coverage, hence i say same like datadude, cause im doing the same thing he does nowadays. There are a lot of MTN guys that sit and read through these forums and I wish they would make themselves known, but the abuse we take from this forum probably leaves them in hiding. Remember that no company is perfect and they can only improve.

We only look at the stats published and leave it from there, most of the queries can be handled by the dedicated channels anyway, then you get a question like: "why is data still so expensive???" how am i supposed to respond to that? Do i make the marketing and financial department tick? No i dont... Can i confer with them? yes i can...will they change their pricing structure after our chat? No they wont...
Do you see why my prescence here was pointless? took me 5 years to understand that...
 
i agree with snakepit that most of the comments in the mtn forum were flak,the flak blitz happened after the mtn billing system went insane and almost everyone who used mtn data was affected,it was such a bad and massive failure mtn frontline staff were also caught offguard,you could get three totaly different answers for one query,those were the times mybb forumites went balistic against mtn because they were losing money,i gues you do acknowledge things were very tough by then and you were one of the few mtn guys who were usefull on thise site,if the other isp's have reps here mtn can do the same,bad comments will always be part of this site because most of us always post when we have problems
 
....and it looks like im here again to assist for the time being while they get a rep. pardon me sometime cause i aint a person that takes peoples rants lightly but at the end of the day we are all here to get things sorted and thats what i aim to do.
