Wiz, could you send me someones details to escalate to? My problem is that after the contract upgrade, on the contract it reflects as not RICA registered even though on the RICA website it reflects as registered, I've logged escalation calls but there's no response coming through. Extremely frustrating, cant make or receive calls or use data .
