Took this deal after being on month to month for about 6 months,so was not ask for any code. According to the agent it is actually 125 all net minutes

I just did this deal now retentions and the call is recorded and confirmed it's 24 months, let me check the paper work asap!!!

But they said the voice call is binding and I confirmed more than once that it's 24 months. Anyway let me get the dispute going as we have a 7 day cooling period.
 
Is there anyway to get the individual retention options on a business package? I'm looking for the 600GB + 600GB deal, but the best MTN can do on my business package is 500GB fixed LTE for R449. The price they're offering isn't bad, but the data isn't shareable.

I requested a manager to listen to the recording and come back to me coz I also asked multiple times.
I even emailed Jacqui O’ Sullivan (MTN Executive of Corporate Affairs) as she generally helps or at least I know during last years BF debacle she was very helpful.

Find a willing store assistant. Have been able to get any BF deal on our 2 business lines in the past via a very helpful lady at the Beacon Bay store.

Is this only for retentions or new clients as well..?
 
Couldn't get the R199 36 month deal for 57gb data and 75min the retention lady said only has the R239 24 month deal with 52gb data and 125 min
 
I got the R149 x 36 months for 525 min and 17gb. Data is supposed to be sharable.

Yeah they told me this morning about the 600gb + 600gb at R499 pm x 24 months.

you can upgrade earlier, especially if you didnt take a device

literally just got off the phone wth retentions, R158 cancellation fee

Another two years secured at 17Gb 525 mins
