Dual call does work. I have it on this deal

Has anyone managed to activate dual call as well as data share on the main number. I'm not able to activate data share on the number with a dual call sim active. But it's working on the number which doesn't have dual call. I'm referring to cyber Monday deals.

True. I've got two sims. One with data share and one with dual call. Data share doesn't work on dual call

Does it matter that data share only works on one of the cards since it's the same bundle they'd both be sharing from? You can just add all the numbers you want to share with to the one that works

My 2nd Dual call sim on my one cyber monday contracts finally started working today, the helpful guy at my nearest Mtn store phoned to let me know it was active, he gets an alert when it finally gets done. He also mentioned the activation date may also be linked to your billing cycle.

I don't know. Just happens that I can't activate data share on the one with dual call

Let me clarify I'm not talking about dual call sim attached to contract sim, I have 2 contracts , one I could enable data share on the MTN app but second one gives errors when you try to activate data share it happens to have a secondary sim( dual call )attached to it. I'm imagining that the reason for error may be that it has a secondary sim already sharing bundles?
Anyone with different experience please share

Someone that has pressed that toggle, do let me know what happens. Would like to know. And if you switch it back on , is everything restored to normal?
Hi did you ever get around to clicking the switch? I've got 26gb of the 30gb expiring in a week and guy at 808 said just click to go back to the 50gb bundle.
Fingers crossed.

also don't want to lose the 50 lol. When i clicked it gave an unsubscribe option with t&c, backed out of the screen quick

forgot about the 200 anytime minutes on the contract as well (it was in my mifi router) - but seems like the minutes carries over. (as well as the included 500MB)

so over 6 hours calls to any numbers this month, and i can setup my phone as a microphone with all the friggin MTN minutes : o

Yeah, AMAZING value!!! So chuffed with mine!!
 
My 2nd Dual call is active after a good wait and help from my Mtn guy at the store
