Black Friday deals are only on-line deals as per T&C

Phone deals are on FreeME 1GB, but include extras:
1. 100 all-net minutes p/m (value R69)
2. 10GB p/m x 6 (for the first six months)

That combined with a standard 1GB p/m, zero rated WhatsApp/Viber (including calls), cheap calls R0.69 p/m, SMS R0.30, free calls to Telkom, low OOB rates and no extra admin charges, make them excellent deals.

SmartBroadband deal is better than MTN and it include B315 router.

They said I should get a call when it is approved... even though on the system it said yes. With cell c I got it immediatlly
Mmm I think they need to run a credit check etc seeing as you're a new customer. You still have time though, think deal runs till Monday.

He said he has been with MTN for 6 years?
Lol I read past that. Reminds me of my mom, she has an active telkom account that's been going for 20+ years at a business premises. They wouldn't give her a cellphone contract till she cleared the current balance that was due, like R200 odd for the current month's bill that hadn't yet arrived.

Why do we have to do so much to give these guys our money....

All well and good but is it really worth it with Telkom limited coverage?

The freeme bundle also roams on mtn so coverage not an issue.

Telkom mobile's limited coverage has been an issue for me. Frequently I have an Edge signal instead of 4G. It seems to only switch to MTN roaming when the Telkom signal completely fails. I will be porting to either Vodacom or MTN in December, once my current Telkom contract ends.

If you are going to take out a Telkom Freeme contract I suggest you give it a trial run with a prepaid SIM card first.

Apologies if this has already been asked and answered but what happens after the 2 year contract is up? On the 50gb data deal offered in 2016 on Black Friday?
