No, shouldn't. I'm also using dual sim on a Oneplus 5t. It is just lately and at a specific site? Might be an issue with your local tower if it's site specific?

Also have a dual SIM on OnePlus 5t... I'm in good company!!!
It is just lately but it's all through the day. It will spike here and there and I'll get really good speeds but it doesn't last long at all.

Ja, no we can forget it!!

I got the sim only deal @R150. That's R3 per gig for mobile data!! The absolute cheapest I've seen since on mobile data is around the R12 per gig mark and I'm not even talking about the mtn to mtn minutes plus anytime, any network minutes included in these packages....

Just checked...I'm definitely on 5.1.2.

Hubby is a Sony man...loves them far too much...but his resistance is starting to crack

Yeah, I'm guessing there might be an issue with your local tower. Not much you can do about it. My experience has been the polar opposite. Doing speed tests at various locations I've been mostly surprised at the results. Some seriously solid results around the 50Mbps-70Mbps mark.

Is there any chance that it will continue as a month to month contract like the old Telkom 10 Gig Promo for R199.

The contract will rollover but the promotional 50GB and 10000 minutes will fall away.

I experience this at some sites. Especially the tower near where I work. I also see it specific spots along my driving route (check at the robots)

I doubt that’s gonna happen. We might lose the 50gig and 10 000mintes but keep the original 500mb and 100 minutes for the same price.
