I got the dual call. My promo stuff is on both the sims. Dual call is simply 2 sims linked to one account

No. He is confused. I have one SIM in router at home, other SIM in my wife's phone. Note that the promo data isn't available on the second sim though.

Not sure what you mean by promo data but I can use the 50gb data on the dual call sim.

Now you wait, can take weeks, it's some kind of manual activation and you sit in the queue or some other bs. Test it every few days and perhaps go back to the store once a week and ask why it's not actively yet.

It's a real pita but awesome once it's working.
