So Bf has arrived, did any new deals get released for us BF OG's?

Any new data deals better than the R299 150+150 and R499 500+500
 
Has anyone managed to sign up for the 500+500 GB in store?

I have been asking for MTN to call me for more than a week now and have not heard anything.

I unfortunately can't call them and sit on hold for ages as I run an ecommerce store, so my line is crazy today.

Last resort will be to go into a store tomorrow.
 
Have the billing issues sorted for everyone? I see mine on the previous 60 + 60 it still says R1400 due

The product they selling is incredibly contrived and obfuscated.... unbelievable how our mobile data products are packaged and marketed in SA. Is it like this internationally I wonder? Somehow doubt it...
 
Ok so the "R499 - 500GB Anytime Data, 100GB is shareable, 100GB Night Data Product Code: CT00024BF" I've been told is a 400gb anytime +100gb promo anytime + 400gb night + 100 promo night... well that's what the lady told me I was going to get.

And did you have an existing contract?
 
Finally got through and got the R99 package.

Does anyone know if one can take advantage of these deals as a new subscription?

I was told you cant. They said you need an existing contract which is more than 6 months old

Phone retentions and take one of the deals. I've been told that if I dit not, I would have been billed R2k. You can always cancel later with 1 Month penelty as I understand it.

Different consultant seemed more knowledgeable than the previous one. The new consultant told me that 50 of the 150gb is shareable. The sharable 50 GB will be used first. Data carries over up to 60 days.

Have an existing 50Gb contract, did an early upgrade... well if it all goes through the lady is still sorting it out

Are you sure the datashare is working though? Like when you go to datashare on your app, it says you're sharing 400gb? Datashare is just not working for me.
