That is the same one I upgraded to and everything was loaded as PROMO data so zero shareable.
I use the MTN app, I pay with my CC but you can use any bank card to pay.Those that managed to change to cash payment from debit order...can you share how you make payment going forward ?
Didn't get any knowledge but see there is a menu in the app to add card and make a payment or is cash option for bank eft ?

Just don't pay late because they will suspend your number..
MTN app works for my primary number, but cannot pay second contract. Colleague cannot even pay via app for their primary number, used to work but not since a few months ago.

Thanks I'll give that a try...managed to get it changed today so have the month for it to properly update on their systems.Just add your credit card to the app! Take note, MTN said it could take to 5 to 10 days to reflect.

Logging into app with second number does not give option to pay.
Even on Home screen where 'Bill so far' normally takes you to more detail and option to pay, nothing happens when tapping on it. Strange.
