MTN bundle - help needed

I have activated a bundle on my contract using the MTN Active website on 16 Feb. It is still not activated, although I choose immediate activation. Any ideas why it is not activated?? And how do I get it activated? Is it worth it using MTN Active?

Try calling 808 or 1555.
 
Thanks. It sucks, because the amount has already been added to my bill...
