I have a query regarding MTN data bundles expiring after only a months use.
Is it possible that these scumbags are making sure that your actual purchased bundle (which should be valid for 60 days) is used up first and then switching to the bonus data (which is normally valid fo only 30 days) only when the purchased one is depleted? That way, you think you still have data valid for another month but it expires after 30 days...
I bought a 1Gig bundle on the 20/05 and it expired on the 20/06. I had also received a notification that a bundle expired on the 01/06, surely this is too little time to use even the bonus data? I still had 800Mb of the total left before everything expired.
Also, what is data sharing? I've just seen this for the first time on another post..

They've changed the time limit. I was in one of their shops last week and they informed me that data is now valid for 30 days regardless. Makes you wonder what happened to data becoming cheaper???

Data sharing is a wonderful idea. Instead of loading data separately onto each device you register them, buy data, all your devices use the data. Last I heard it wasn't being managed too well so I haven't gone that route yet.
