Good Day.

I just received my MTN Fixed LTE sim today. And to my surprised I was told that It will take about 24hrs to get it activated. How's this a thing? I once received MTN's fixed LTE from Mweb and my service was activated the same day. Just after a few hours.

MTN puts the Rica'ing process onto the customer, So you can do it via the MTN app or by going to your local MTN retail store.

Thanks. However my service was activated the same day as I expected to. I did not have to go through the Rica process. I just slotted the sim in the router and waited a few hours (From 20:00-23:00) thereafter everything was working. Clocked to up to 80mbs down and 30mbs up.
