MTN Ftth zero upload rate

Speedtest.net results to 3 cities in SA show full download speed, but zero upload speed, in fact upload test fails. I am in Lonehill.

Received SMS from MTN my Ftth provider saying they aware of error as below:
Good Day Valued Client. Please note that we are experiencing network issues which is affecting speed and connection issues, the X100592-OLT-01 is currently see being checked on the OLT by our engineers and we will keep you updated on this matter.
We apologies for the inconvenience. Kind Regards, MTN Supersonic Team

I received the same sms, but luckily wasn't affected at all. I hope you'll be sorted out soon!

Tonight seems much better. Speedtest 18.8 down and 17.3 mbps up, so must be resolved. No resolved SMS though
