I am on a Vodacom package 60GB + 10GB video + 20GB night for R299. I think it's comparable to or better than this MTN offer.

To qualify for this offer, customers must purchase a fixed-LTE router from any MTN store starting from R1,999.

I want a sim only deal yet i have to purchase a router first? please make it make sense.
 
That is not 120GB. Cell C is way cheaper plus you're not locked in to a specific router so can interchangeably use it across devices. MTN failing the compete mark again.
 
So, is MTN still locking these to a specific cell tower? And does the SIM-only offer support the venerable Huawei B315?
It’s time to give up on Rain, but I like taking my LTE with me on holiday.

All MTN fixed LTE is locked to specific routers.
