So how about instead of complaining about us complaining you explain to us what exactly is happening with your billing systems and when we can expect to have it resolved. I don't think a request for transparency is too much to ask for.
When I asked one of your support consultants whether they were aware of any issues I was told there were none. This indicates that MTN are trying to cover the issues up or deliberately mislead me because these issues cause them to make a lot of money off their customers.
