MTN mum on billing problems

Fair enough i do, these problems hit my staff accounts too though, i just dont see the point of yet another thread in this regard :confused:

So how about instead of complaining about us complaining you explain to us what exactly is happening with your billing systems and when we can expect to have it resolved. I don't think a request for transparency is too much to ask for.

When I asked one of your support consultants whether they were aware of any issues I was told there were none. This indicates that MTN are trying to cover the issues up or deliberately mislead me because these issues cause them to make a lot of money off their customers.

On my invoice the bill about R160 more than the one on the active site? I know I didn't exceed my contract amount because I had about R160 left from the previous month. What should I do?

Don't expect much, but as the title suggests, she SHOULD be able to provide information or resolve the problems. My experience is if you hound enough you will eventually get results. Or ask for her boss - I think his name is Bruce but I forget now.
