That 1GB package is only available for this December only right?A step in the right direction. So far it is only Telkom and MTN making moves. MTN with R49 for 1GB weekly and OOB blocking.
Vodacom does not want to come to the party and one has to wonder why. Would be very interesting to see revenue just from OOB usage.

This. Do what Telkom does. When your data bundle is depleted you are asked if you'd like to go out of bundle, add a bundle to your account, top up via voucher or credit card. The default is to stop access.
