If you recharge more than once with a R10 Recharge Voucher in any given 30 day period, then you will not be charged the call rates as stated above. You will be billed according to your default price plan (Call per Second, PayBack, Classic and Call per Second Plus).

This is across the board for the Call Per Second price-plan, not just for R10 vouchers.
However, its still cheaper per minute on plain ol' PAYG Classic (but then not billed per second). In other words, it only helps people who make short calls...
