MTN Uncapped Lite

Yenolo im in royal ascot. Not sure about your area but I would say the signal isnt too bad. just check if you have 3G signal or borrow my modem to do a test.
 
Anyone still struggling with their 3G speeds? Mine is seriously slow today...again.
 
I'm still on my 3GB cap so speed is fine. Really not looking forward to the throttled speed! Used about 2GB so it's not long before the struggle begins again...
 
sometimes I can go on the internet and at least work...but today it was hell again. So tired of waiting for a page to load, not funny :cry:

Since 03:00 this morning I haven't been able to access the internet at all. The light on my router is green, which means it's connected, or suppose to be connected to the internet, but nothing.

Last night it was fine, this morning absolutely nothing. WTF?????

Is MTN offline????
 
Probably another tower that has fallen over due to lack of maintenance and repairs. We have 3 towers that cannot handle 3G services in our area with no turnaround time for repairs. Passing the buck to Eskom / Ericsson for delays.

MTN's call centres etc. are a joke to deal with. The "technical" guys told me that I must hard reset and they will refresh my data number on the network - problem is still severe and the hard reset is common knowledge. Thinking about visiting the nearest branch and *** on the staff for MTN's lack of response and incompetence.

This is now starting to get beyond ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! F@cking MTN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
lol just phoned the coverage desk again - miraculously all 3 towers are fine (yesterday all were still down) and now they want to shift the blame to my side.:mad: It did not work last night? HTF will it work going forward?:mad:

Was given a new ref # - can write a book with the ones I already managed to receive. An agent will contact me to come see what is wrong with my setup? MTN PLEASE! You are shifting blame for k*k service and want to blame my new laptop and new MTN modem which worked for 4 months then seized to function properly?

Go fix the towers and do the necessary upgrades to deal with congestion - that is what we are PAYING you for!:mad:
Stop shifting the blame and looking for scapegoats when it comes to non-performance!

I'm seriously considering wire-less. Got the router and everything and it's already installed on the roof. Can't wait for the next 20months to fly by, so I can tell MTN to go stuff this dongle.
 
I'm over my cap and at home(Midrand) I am getting maybe 30kbps but I took my router to work(Sunninghill) and i get 350 -550kbps. I have full signal at both home and work.
 
Meh, had great speeds this morning, 600kbps, now I can hardly load a website.

Congestion/Latency spikes!!!!!!!!!!!! That is how :wtf: never used to have them now I get them permanently! :mad:
 
no, I don't think it's illegal to use the program.

Guys I want to get this :) I have tested the R50 uncapped it works like charm(yes its not the lite one) how is it going thread is really dead few days? and one more thing any one use this to game?
