Very impressive comment here from Mr Massel --
Switch Telecom CEO Gregory Massel said that they support the reduction of wholesale call termination rates as this will drive decreases in consumer retail rates.

“We are, however, not convinced that asymmetric termination rates will serve the public interest....
Switch is a small operator, and an asymmetric tariff would be an advantage to them, and yet they are chasing the public benefit. This sounds like a man to do business with - not chasing profits to the detriment of the rest of the world.
