MultiChoice pushes customer satisfaction, sports, and Internet services

MultiChoice’s latest annual report reveals that it is actively pursuing five opportunities, including enhancing its DStv Internet fixed-wireless LTE offering.

The company, which operates African pay-TV giant DStv, also outlined its strategy to remain competitive in a rapidly changing entertainment industry.

Your daily Dstv R Us

None of the 5 are what potential customers want.

But what do the French want?

Aaaaand still not offering us what we want.
But hey, at least they got all their coporate buzzwords out, amirite?

Once Netflix/Youtube/DAZN/Disney+/AppleTV start getting premium sports (I mean the ones popular here in SA) its literally game over for DStv.

Actually triple play would have been a game charger 10 years ago. Unfortunately MC sat on their laurels while they had Mweb and could make it a reality.

MC didn't have Mweb, Naspers did and only part of it. IS bought the rest of it in 2016, now it's owned by Webafrica.

Optimising the means by which customers can access an already overpriced service is going to work wonders, I'm sure.
