Multiple LTE Sims - Telkom

Hi,
Is it possible to get a second Telkom LTE sim and have them both running at the same time. Telkom call center says it is possible and to go to the closest Telkom shop but I have been run around before so would like to check first if true.
Any help most appreciated.

Which package do you have?
 
I was told you can get upto 7 on a capped data plan.

More like a kiosk, but yes a store.
So since I was in that mall yesterday I asked for another sim. So now have 2 multi-sims on the 2tb plan.
You can get a total 9 multi-sims liked. So 10 Sims on a single capped package.
