firstly the report comes from a suspect site, and perception usually are based on facts, especially if they are held a large number of people. False perceptions usually get found out and are removed from the public conciousness.
'Perceptions are based on fact' - Seriously now, that's your argument? & if a large number of people have the same perception, this is referred to as 'Groupthink', & has no bearing on the facts. While I'd like to know the reliability of the survey, given the false stats published in the past, if it is true, that's great!
