I'm looking for a program that organizes all my music files - Adding them into folders, rename, and get rid of duplicates.

Any suggestions? I have about 20000 songs on my pc so there is NO WAY that I can do it manually.

Thanks!

Give MediaMonkey a bash - yeah don't laugh at the name - but it works nicely for me (also does synching to iPod - so no iTunes required).

Your best bet is to have a little arsenal of programs that will see to all your needs.

I have a substantial collection and have in the last year decided to clean it up and catalogue it properly with all the metadata, covers, etc.

I will give you my recommendations.

iTunes (Latest version) - For your collection management and automatic organisation of the media library
MP3Tag - To tag and change MP3 Metadata in bulk for albums or whole folders.
iTSfv - For Bulk iTunes library changes - fixes
iTuner - iTunes companion for removing "dead tracks" and duplicates
MusicBrainz Picard - For unidentified music in your collection, using audio fingerprint technology to recognise files.
LyricToy - To identify and automatically collect the Lyrics of songs in iTunes
TuneUp Media Companion - Works with iTunes to identify and fix songs that have missing info and covers.
Album Art Downloader - To find and fix those difficult to find album covers.

With the above programs you will be able to get your collection in tip-top shape in no time at all.

From my experience I can tell you to ensure that you need to firstly properly identify and tag all your music (or as close as possible).
My collection is about double your size, so I have some experience with this and have tried many solutions before deciding on what works and will cater for future needs.

Feel free to ask about any questions you may have about the above.

Good Luck

itunes is the best for that
