Still trying to figure out what hit them.I take it the MWEB CEO is absolutely silent on all of this?
The ISPA Complaints Procedure sets this matter as being in steps 7-9 which has a target turn around time of 3 calendar weeks. It entered that step on 21st October which on Monday will have been 4 weeks ago so its taking a little longer than the target but I will probably wait until 5 weeks of hearing nothing further (I haven't been asked for any further information) before querying because it is a target turn around and I imagine that an adjudicator is going to want time on this one - if I was an adjudicator on this I would want time to prepare a proper adjudication
Paul, I missed them providing any thresholds, can anyone post a link to more info?
I've updated it and had it closed with the official limits from MWeb Guy himself. Gonna take it out of my sig soon.
We only have one 1MB product and the threshold is approximately 100GB.
I don't see how this is definite or official if he said approx x-amount.
I didn't say they were definite, I said they were from the official rep for MWeb.

No, you said they are the official limits not from an official rep:
Instead of "I've updated it and had it closed with the limits from the offical rep MWeb Guy himself"
