MWEB Abuse Notices Complaint

The ISPA Complaints Procedure sets this matter as being in steps 7-9 which has a target turn around time of 3 calendar weeks. It entered that step on 21st October which on Monday will have been 4 weeks ago so its taking a little longer than the target but I will probably wait until 5 weeks of hearing nothing further (I haven't been asked for any further information) before querying because it is a target turn around and I imagine that an adjudicator is going to want time on this one - if I was an adjudicator on this I would want time to prepare a proper adjudication

Any ETA yet?

sadly not
made a query on this matter this afternoon - primarily to establish if there were any documents outstanding - as 1 month has passed since the matter was referred for adjudication. The reply simply indicated no ETA at this stage.

-- unfortunately a few other matters of civic affairs are occupying my time, but I will query on this at 2 months again if nothing is heard yet.

Still no ETA or adjudication BUT it seems MWEB have caved on their policy of refusing to state the thresholds and have today given thresholds on at least 3 products and it seems some of their marketing material has changed

I've updated it and had it closed with the official limits from MWeb Guy himself. Gonna take it out of my sig soon.

I didn't say they were definite, I said they were from the official rep for MWeb.

No, you said they are the official limits not from an official rep:

I've updated it and had it closed with the official limits from MWeb Guy himself. Gonna take it out of my sig soon.

Instead of "I've updated it and had it closed with the limits from the offical rep MWeb Guy himself"

Spot the differance?

What do these terms have in common when related to limitations or thresholds?

accurate vs. approximate vs. average

You mean difference? Not sure why you're being so pedantic but I've quoted what he said the limits are, I made mention of official rep as previously the guesstimates were based on what had been experienced by users that were throttled, ie. not official reps.
