MWEB ADSL international down

Pathetic shaping and throttling policies AND downtime every other day - already cancelled this poor excuse for a service. Their campaign name should be changed to "Free the web between 3 and 6am, but not really at full speed, and only when you actually have connectivity".

neotel to blame yet again

Wait a minute? I left Neotel for this???

Neotel I HATE you. Why am I not surprised. Why don't you %$#$%# off back to India or something.

Leaving aside your xenophobic remark, you clearly don't have a clue what you are talking about. Anyone who has been to India will tell you that the service culture there puts most countries to shame. By comparison, South Africa falls very low on the list of service cultures. Let's see - Transnet, Eskom, Telkom, MTN, Vodacom, M-Web... Or were you including all of South Africa in your remark as well?

These are actually all BEE compliant companies...draw your conclusions from that about service in Africa by the BEE companies.

Well this all doesn't bode well for Neotel. They still haven't quite made a massive impact on the telecommunications infrastructure of SA: Telkom still play the Devil - and now they may be responsible for a lack of extra international bandwidth. Things are not looking to rosy for them!

Aahh to be Uncapped and on Mweb... Is like a 60 year old mans erection.. Sumtimes you're up.. Then for absolutely no reason you cant remember where you left your teeth..

I don't blame them, I blame the lack of a competitive environment in SA telecomms. It would be absurd to actually expect companies to perform well when government has protected them from competition.
